Topics include: Excel/Google Sheets, Basic Forecasting, Scheduling, Communication Skills, Career Readiness.
Delivered by WFM Pros volunteers in collaboration with TESDA trainers.

Mentorship & Coaching Program

TESDA scholars paired with WFM Pros professionals.
Sessions include resume reviews, mock interviews, and workplace guidance.

WFM Bootcamp (TESDA x WFM CARES)

A structured program introducing Workforce Management career paths.
Bootcamp in Metro Manila, with expansion to other TESDA centers.
