Cancellation and Refund Policy

At WFM Pros, we want everyone to enjoy our social nights stress-free. Here’s how we handle changes:

• No refunds – All bookings are final and non-refundable within 7 days of event.
   
• Reschedules welcome – Can’t make it? You may move your booking to another available date (just let us know at least 24 hours before event).
   
• Send a friend – If you can’t attend, you’re free to transfer your spot to another guest.
   
• No-shows – Missed events without 24 hours advance notice can’t be rescheduled.
   

If ever we need to cancel or postpone an event, don’t worry—we’ll reschedule you at no extra cost.
